Vendor Pay Setup
On the top right, click the down arrow to access Settings.
Once in Settings, click Bank Account on the left. Click Add a Bank Account.
Select the location(s) you want to apply this account to.
After entering your Plate IQ password, you will enter the setup wizard.
Regarding bill pay setup, here is the information you will be asked for when setting up your bank account:
1. Bank Controller Information (Name, Title, Last 4 SSN, DOB, Home Address)
2. Business Legal Name
3. EIN Number
4. Location's Fiscal Address
5. Account Name and Details (Routing + Account Number)
6. Signatory User (can be the same as the controller or any other user authorized to sign checks)
7. Beneficial Owner Details (a person who owns 25% or more of the company, if there is no individual then this may be skipped. Needed: Name, Full Social, DOB, Address).
Additional verification may be needed. In that case, we highly recommend having the documents below ready. If you do not have these readily available and one is required, you can leave the form and upload them at a later point without losing the information you've entered:
1. Controller's Photo ID and full SSN
2. One of the following: Official Incorporation Document, Stamped Sales Tax License, Stamped Business License, or Certificate of Good Standing
