To export invoices from Ottimate directly into QuickBooks Online.
There are two ways to export invoices into QuickBooks Online.
Export from the Invoice page.
From the Pending Export or Approved tab, select the invoice you are ready to import into QuickBooks Online and click on Export under Bulk Actions.
The invoices will populate under the proper vendor accounts in the vendor center in QuickBooks Online and a log will be emailed to the Ottimate account owner to inform them about the log of invoices imported for cross reference.
