How does Plate IQ determine the due date of an invoice?

Modified on Wed, Dec 18, 2019 at 7:03 PM

Rather than taking the due date directly off of invoices, Plate IQ uses the net terms of your vendors to determine when they are due.

When you map a new vendor Plate IQ will attempt to autofill the net terms from your accounting software. If no net terms are found the field will be left blank.

For example, an invoice dated 10/1/2019 with terms of "Net 30" will be marked as due on 10/31/2019.

Plate IQ also lets you manually set or edit due dates in each individual invoice.
