Link QuickBooks Online
After receiving your login information, you will need to login to dashboard.plateiq.com
On the top right, click the down arrow to access Settings.
Once in Settings, click Locations on the left and select the location to link. At the bottom of the page is the button to connect to QuickBooks.
A pop will ask for your QuickBooks login information.
Note: If you are having trouble logging in, Please check your QuickBooks Online login credentials and/or your permissions.
Once your account is connected account information, vendors and chart of accounts will immediately appear in Ottimate. In addition, at the top of the page there will now be a Sync Accounting button:
Going forward, this is how you will sync any new vendors or GLs into Plate IQ.
