This article will cover common issues and fixes when uploading statements or supporting documents.
1. Statements and Supporting Documents should be uploaded from the dashboard by clicking the down arrow next to Upload. This will allow you to select the type of upload you want.
After selection, drag & drop your file or browse your computer for the file.
Please note: Statements use a different email address for emailing your file. Supporting documents would use the invoice email.
2. You can convert files that have been uploaded as the incorrect type.
Navigate to the invoice.
Click Edit on the invoice header
Select the appropriate file type from the dropdown
Click Save Changes.
3. You can also add supporting documents to an invoice that has already been uploaded.
Navigate to the invoice.
Under the image of the invoice, a toolbar will pop up.
Select the Upload Icon
Select the file from your computer
