The answer is NO.
Flagging an invoice is for your team's internal use ONLY. Flagging an invoice will NOT notify the Ottimate Support team.
The history tab of invoices will always display the user who flagged the invoice to track the flagging history and document staff communication regarding a particular document.
In order to notify Ottimate support, please use the @support (Ottimate) and write a descriptive note.
If you would like to report an issue with an invoice, please email support@ottimate.com.
