There are two ways to reset your password within Plate IQ.


Login Page:

To reset your password, click on Forgot Password.




Enter your email and click Send.





Once you receive it, click the link to begin resetting your password.



Enter your new password, confirm by re-entering your new password and click Reset Password.




Settings page:

Navigate to Settings, it will default to your Profile page. Click Change password. 



A pop-up will ask you to enter your current password, your new password and to confirm your new password. Click Reset Password when finished.
