Ottimate is able to create links within Intacct, linking back to the invoice within Ottimate and directly to a PDF of the invoice itself. This makes accessing the invoice in Ottimate or the original scan extremely easy and convenient.

Note: These fields will only be populated for invoices that have been exported after the custom fields were created in Intacct.

Link to the invoice in the Ottimate dashboard

In the Platform Services menu, click Custom Fields.

Click Add.

Step 1: Select Object: AP Bill and click Next.

Step 2: Choose Data Type: URL and click Next.

Step 3: In the Label field type "Invoice" and in Field ID type "PLATE_IQ" and click Next.

Step 4: In the Field Set field type "Plate IQ" and for Show on page select Header and click Done.
