The Plate IQ system has a fixed tax rate for your area. It will apply the tax rate to calculate the invoice tax amount based on the items that you have marked as "taxed" in the invoice on the dashboard.

If the error persists and you are not able to verify the invoice, it could be because: 

  • The vendor has applied a different tax rate for that specific invoice
  • You have marked the wrong items as taxed
  • The invoice tax amount is incorrect
