SUP - Unable to Delete or Edit Invoices

Deletes or Edits cannot be made to invoices are marked as exported or marked as paid.


When trying to delete an invoice, you may see the alert below.


We have 2 options if you need to delete this invoice.

Navigate to the invoice and Click More.



1. We recommend archiving the invoice instead of deleting. Click Archive Invoice

A pop up will ask you to confirm. Click Archive.


However, if you wish to delete the invoice


2. You will have to click Mark as Not Paid and Mark as Not Exported then you will be able to delete the invoice.

Click Delete Invoice

A pop up will ask you to confirm. Click Delete.

Please note: This cannot be undone
