Onboarding Managers (OMs) configure item mapping rules on the backend based on how every dimension should be mapped for your set up (usually during onboarding). There are 3 available options:
(i) Configure automapping scope
(ii) Skip automapping
(iii) Prompt user every time while mapping a new line item
After your initial implementation, you can contact your Account Manager (AM) for any changes to the automapping strategy.
If the configuration for a dimension is set to “Prompt user every time while mapping a new line item”, you’ll interact with the following modal:
Click “OK” to create the rule. Navigate to “Settings” to view/modify the rule.
