Approval Policy Report

This report provides a clear overview of all approval policies implemented within your organization, including the type of policy, its current status (enabled or disabled), and the list of users responsible for approvals.


Filters

Filter

Description

Policy Enabled  Filter to view only enabled or disabled policies. Options include All, Yes, or No. 


You can also use the search bar to quickly locate a specific policy or user.

Report Columns

Field

Description

Policy Name

Name of the approval policy.

Policy Type

Type of Approval policy (Company, Group or Location)

Location

The specific location associated with the policy.

Enabled (Yes/No)

Indicates whether the policy is currently enabled (Yes or No). 

Approver Type Displays whether the approver is a User, Role, or another type.

Approvers

List of approvers associated with the approval policy

Is User Active
Indicates if the listed user is currently active in the system.


Note: All applicable approvers will appear in the report regardless of level (user vs role-based)

This is an advanced report. Contact your Account Manager or support@ottimate.com if you do not currently have access to Advanced Reports and would like to add them on.
