Exclusive Early Access: A Smarter, More Secure Ottimate Login

Modified on Tue, Jan 27 at 12:36 PM

We’ve upgraded your sign-in experience to make it faster and more personalized. Here is a quick look at what’s changing:

1. The "Smart" Two-Step Approach

We are moving to a two-step login where you enter your email first. This allows Ottimate to recognize your account type and instantly route you to your correct login screen:

Password Users: If you use a password, you’ll be prompted for it on the second screen, exactly as before.

Single Sign-On (SSO): If your company uses SSO, we’ll land you immediately on your provider’s sign-in page—no extra clicks required.

Personalized Experience: Ottimate will remember if you prefer Passkeys or an Authenticator App and show you those options first to save you time.

2. New: Enhanced Login Methods

You now have two new ways to access your account without waiting for an SMS or Email code:

Passkeys (Instant Access): Use your device’s Face ID, Fingerprint, or PIN to sign in instantly. It’s the fastest and most secure way to start your day.

Authenticator Apps (TOTP): Link apps like Google or Microsoft Authenticator for pro-level security that works even when you’re offline.

3. You’re in Control: Self-Serve Security

You no longer need to contact Admins to update your settings. Visit the new Security Page in your profile to:

Manage your primary MFA (SMS or Email).

Add multiple Authenticator Apps or Passkeys.

Review and revoke access for devices you no longer use.

Rest assured: Your current password and account data remain exactly the same. For our Beta users, these upgrades provide more choice and faster access today; for everyone else, look for these features coming to your account soon!

Note: This experience is currently in Beta and is being rolled out to select partner accounts before our global release. If you see these options, you are part of our exclusive early-access group!
