I can't map a vendor?

In order to map a vendor, you should at least have ONE VERIFIED invoice from the vendor.


If the first invoice is incomplete and showing in the needs attention tab, the Plate IQ system will not allow you to map the vendor until you verify the invoice. Please check out the needs attention section of our Help Center to fix your invoice(s).
