Hours Taken from Invoice Creation → Invoice Upload (95th percentile) | Average time taken for 95% of the invoices to be uploaded from the date they were created |
Hours Taken from Invoice Upload → Invoice Verified (95th percentile) | Average time taken for 95% of the invoices to be verified from the time they were uploaded |
Hours Taken from Invoice Verified → Invoice Approved (95th percentile) | Average time taken for 95% of the invoices to be approved from the time they were verified |
Hours Taken from Invoice Approved → Invoice Exported (95th percentile) | Average time taken for 95% of the invoices to be exported from the time they were approved |
